According to the Confederation, topics focused on employment, wages, income; housing and workers' living conditions; social insurance, health insurance, healthcare; training and skills development; occupational safety and health; and security and social order.

Trade unions coordinated with employers to organize the "Thank You to Workers" program at over 6,260 units; provided health check-ups for over 1.3 million workers; and launched social housing projects for workers. Gifts were given to hundreds of thousands of union members in difficult circumstances.

The Vietnam General Confederation of Labor presented certificates of merit to 93 outstanding collectives and 65 outstanding individuals for their excellent achievements in implementing the Workers' Month and the Action Month on Occupational Safety and Health in 2026.
