In the past two years, Park has helped the Vietnamese team achieve a number of distinctions: runner-up at the U23 Asian Championship 2018, champion of the AFF Cup 2018, quarter-finalist at the AFC Asian Cup 2019, and gold medalist in the Sea Games 2019.
Park was Guus Hiddink’s assistant manager at the 2002 World Cup.
