He urged the Council to raise its awareness of political theoretical analysis for better advisory to the Party Politburo, the Party Central Executive Committee, and the Secretariat in leading national construction and defense

“The Council should do more to develop a practical theoretical system with scientific values of fighting spirit to tackle reactionary and hostile forces on the theoretical and ideological fronts,” said Mr. Trong.
