The Party leader extended New Year’s greetings to leaders and former leaders of Hanoi, revolutionary veterans, heroic Vietnamese mothers, heroes of the armed forces, people and soldiers of Hanoi. He asked local authorities and leaders to bring into play heroic traditions, strengthen management to overcome difficulties and fulfill all set targets.
