The delegation also offered incense and paid respects to the heroic martyrs at their Monument on Bac Son Street, Hanoi. The tribute marked the 51st anniversary of the liberation of the South and national reunification (April 30).
Among those attending the ceremony were Party General Secretary and State President To Lam, Prime Minister Le Minh Hung, and National Assembly Chairman Tran Thanh Man.
The delegation expressed profound gratitude and deep respect for President Ho Chi Minh’s great contributions to the revolutionary cause of the Party and the nation.
The Party and State leaders expressed their remembrance of the martyrs who selflessly shed their blood and bravely fought and sacrificed for the independence and freedom of the Fatherland and the happiness of the people.
