PM Chinh said that, so far this year, the Government has focused on three strategic breakthroughs, including institution building.
The revised Land Law and Housing Law are important, with a high level of complexity and sensitivity and far-reaching effects, Mr Chinh said, stressing the need for the Government to pay close attention to them.
He said that during the NA’s upcoming mid-year session, the Government will submit 18 bills and ordinances for approval.
