"The Government is committed to controlling inflation and maintaining macroeconomic stability. We cannot allow the foundations of this stability to be eroded. Only by preserving these foundations can we achieve high yet sustainable growth and ensure social welfare. This is a critical issue, and it must be treated as the top priority for the final two months of the year to ensure the successful execution of all assigned tasks," PM Hung said.
To achieve high growth target, the Prime Minister directed ministries, sectors, and localities to strictly follow established scenarios, implement comprehensive solutions, and decisively disburse 100% of planned capital. He stressed the need to definitively resolve obstacles related to public facilities and public land to unlock resources for development. Prime Minister Hung tasked the Ministry of Industry and Trade with coordinating with industry associations to boost exports and curb trade deficits, while rolling out measures to stimulate domestic demand.
To refine institutional framework, the Prime Minister has requested an urgent review of key draft laws being submitted to the National Assembly to ensure internal consistency and coherence—both within the provisions of individual laws and across the legal system as a whole. He also commented on several prominent draft laws currently under discussion by the National Assembly.
“Regarding the draft law on the donation, procurement, and transplantation of human tissues and body parts, as well as the donation and procurement of human cadavers, I request that the draft be thoroughly reviewed, with careful consideration of opinions from National Assembly deputies, experts, and the public. A full report on this matter should forwarded to the National Assembly,” Mr. Hung added.
The Prime Minister also directed finalizing procedures and reviewing requests for additional capital for viable projects. There must be no downward adjustments to capital plans—a practice sometimes used to artificially inflate disbursement rates—as such actions would hinder national growth momentum, he warned.
