Mr. Chinh said the plan should be comprehensive enough and long enough to line up with the Resolution of the 13th National Party Congress, the socio-economic development plan until 2025, and the socio-economic development program for 2022.

He said the plan must focus on improving the national medical capacity, from preventive medicine and grassroots health care to vaccines and COVID-19 treatment.

PM Chinh asked the planning agency to continue to collect ideas from other agencies to ensure that the plan is effective enough and feasible enough to gain public consensus.
