The Greater Mekong Subregion is a trans-national region of the Mekong River basin in Southeast Asia. It comprises six regional countries of Cambodia, China (Yunnan province and Guangxi Zhuang Autonomous Region), Laos, Myanmar, Thailand and Vietnam.
