After hearing reports from representatives of ministries, sectors, localities, and enterprises on the progress of key national transport projects, Prime Minister Hung asked units to be proactive and creative, without waiting or relying on others, to ensure the project progress and quality.

"We are determined not to delay, prolong, or adjust the timeline without objective and justifiable reasons. This is an important criterion for evaluating the level of task completion according to Party regulations, as well as a decisive criterion for allocating annual public investment capital. Specifically, we must clearly state the task groups, the lead agencies, and the coordinating agencies to serve as the basis for evaluating performance at the end of the year."

The PM stressed the correct and complete implementation of legal procedures and adherence to technical safety standards. He also requested increased application of science and technology, innovation, digital transformation, and green transformation in construction.

Regarding land clearance, localities need to mobilize the entire political system to organize compensation, support, and resettlement, PM Hung said, adding the arrangement of new housing must ensure social security and the legitimate interests of the people.

He emphasized public investment disbursement, the goal of increasing construction volume and accelerating disbursement in the third quarter, striving to reach at least 50% to match the national average.
