Prime Minister Chinh told the second meeting of Central Emulation and Reward Council in Hanoi on Thursday that emulation movements have spread widely and gained good results.
He said this year’s activities need to identify the key points necessary for launching appropriate emulation movements.

Council members were asked to propose substantial rewards for collectives and individuals with outstanding achievements in accordance with the law.
