The law, scheduled to take effect on January 1, 2025, regulates the real estate business, the rights and obligations of organizations and individuals in the real estate business, and State management of the real estate business.
Chairman of the NA's Economic Committee Vu Hong Thanh said the revised law received comments from NA deputies and contributions from the Government and the NA Standing Committee.
