According to legend, Lac Long Quan married Au Co, who later gave birth to a pouch containing one hundred eggs, which hatched into a hundred sons—believed to be the ancestors of the Vietnamese people.
A similar event also took place at the Lac Long Quan Temple in Ca Mau Cape Cultural Tourism Park in southern Vietnam, attracting locals and tourists alike. The province-wide ceremony featured traditional rituals and local culture.
