Hosted by the municipal Department of Culture, Sports and Tourism, the parade took place on Wednesday evening along My Khe Beach and nearby coastal streets.

One of the most distinctive highlights of the Da Nang Food Tour Festival 2026, the parade featured a wide range of dishes, from Quang noodles, pancakes, seafood, and local specialties to international cuisine such as sushi from Japan, tacos from Mexico, and pizza from Italy.

“Cuisine is not just about eating. It is emotion, memory, and a language that connects people,” said Nguyen Thi Hoai An, Deputy Director of the Da Nang Department of Culture, Sports and Tourism.

“The parade is not only about food, but also about the calls of street vendors, the rhythm of daily life, and a part of many people’s childhood.”
