Bao Ha Temple, a national historical and cultural relic site, is dedicated to Quan Hoang Bay, a renowned general who made great contributions to repelling foreign invaders during the Le dynasty (1428–1789).
Alongside traditional rituals such as the military offering ceremony, palanquin procession, incense offering, and ceremonial reading, this year’s festival also features art performances and traditional folk games.
