The event will gather thousands of domestic and international pro athletes and other competitors, who will take on a challenge consisting of a 1.9 km swim, a 90 km bike ride, and a 21.1 km marathon.
The 2026 edition will welcome back American athlete Mark Allen—a legendary six-time Ironman World Championship winner—for his fourth consecutive year in Phu Quoc.
The growing triathlon community in Vietnam will gain direct insight into the experience, mindset, and stories of one of the most influential figures in the history of the sport.
In addition to the main race, the event week will feature the Sunrise Sprint Vietnam, Ironkids Phu Quoc, the Vietnam Newborns/Healthy Vietnam Community Run, and engaging activities at the Ironman Village. The programs are designed for first-time triathletes, children, families and the broader community participating together to develop healthy, active habits.
