TBI, a non-profit think tank founded in 2016, advises political leaders of countries on policy, strategy, and digital transformation.

At the meeting, Deputy Prime Minister Tuc acknowledged the results of cooperation between TBI and Vietnamese agencies. He called on the think tank to strengthen connections with businesses, investment funds, and large corporations from Europe, the Middle East, and other international partners to invest in Vietnam, especially in AI, semiconductor industry, data centers, renewable energy, hydrogen, and offshore wind power. The Deputy PM asked for support for Vietnam in building and developing an international financial center.

Former UK Prime Minister Tony Blair expressed admiration for Vietnam's development process, and said that the goal of becoming a developed country by 2045 is achievable.

He said TBI wishes to continue expanding cooperation with Vietnam in many fields, including the development of an international financial center, and is ready to work with Vietnam, promote investment, and support Vietnam in its development process.
