Mr. Lam noted that Vietnam is accelerating efforts to build a transparent legal framework, while emphasizing the importance of intellectual property protection in line with a growth model driven by science and technology.
He called on Amazon to further leverage its strengths and successful track record in Vietnam, and continue serving as an important partner in implementing the Politburo’s Resolution 57 on breakthroughs in science and technology, innovation, and digital transformation.
Mr. Zapolsky said Vietnam has the potential to become a leading technology hub in the region, with broad opportunities for cooperation in Amazon’s key areas of expertise, including cloud computing, artificial intelligence, and big data.
He reaffirmed Amazon’s commitment to long-term investment and its readiness to partner with Vietnam in developing digital infrastructure and training human resources.
