At a meeting with a delegation from the Vietnam Association of Small and Medium Enterprises, Mr. Lam noted that the Resolution of the 13th National Party Congress identifies businesses as the driving force for national economic development.
Acknowledging the challenges faced by the business community, particularly small and medium-sized enterprises, General Secretary and President To Lam urged the Vietnam Association of Small and Medium Enterprises to support, nurture, and promote the growth of Vietnam's small and medium-sized businesses, contribute to the national industrialization, modernization, international integration, and to the establishment of a rule-of-law state and a socialist-oriented market economy.
