The visit is made at the invitation of President Tharman Shanmugaratnam of Singapore and his wife.
General Secretary and President Lam will attend and deliver a keynote address at the Shangri-la Dialogue on Friday, at the invitation of Bastian Giegerich, Director-General and Chief Executive of The International Institute for Strategic Studies (IISS), the statement said.
