During his state visit to Denmark, Mr. Lam and King Frederik X met in Copenhagen on Tuesday with executives from leading Danish companies, including A.P. Moller–Maersk, LEGO Group, Carlsberg, Pandora, Copenhagen Infrastructure Partners, and Vestas.
The Vietnamese leader encouraged the companies to work with Vietnam on clean and renewable energy, reliable and flexible power sources, energy-efficiency solutions, and an integrated energy ecosystem.
He also urged them to help bring products researched, designed, and manufactured in Vietnam to hundreds of millions of consumers worldwide.
Mr. Lam said Vietnam stands ready to work with Denmark and businesses in both countries to develop new forms of cooperation, unlock growth opportunities, and advance shared prosperity and a green, sustainable future.
