Chairman Man requested that coordination be carried out early and proactively, right from the research, forecasting, and policy-making stages, instead of only handling work when it arises. He urged the agencies to be well aware of the importance of parliamentary foreign affairs in the overall comprehensive and modern foreign affairs of the country.
Parliamentary foreign affairs must be implemented in sync with Party foreign affairs, State diplomacy, and people-to-people diplomacy. It should adhere closely to the Party's strategic priorities, ensure the highest national interests, and serve national development goals, he added.
