The program document was signed by Deputy Minister of Finance Tran Quoc Phuong and UNIDO Director General Gerd Müller.
The program for the 2025-2028 period focuses on transitioning to green industry and a circular economy, improving industrial competitiveness while developing sustainable value chains, and strengthening industrial policy, institutional capacity, and partnerships.
UNIDO will support Vietnam in driving industrial transformation toward a green, circular, and inclusive model, thereby increasing domestic value-added projects and competitiveness.
The signing marks a significant step in strengthening a long-term, robust partnership aimed at promoting inclusive and sustainable industrial development in Vietnam.
