Spokesman for the anti-IS coalition Joseph Scrocca said Ibrahim Al-Ansari was an important chief for IS’s foreign recruitment and attack encouragement in Western countries. Another US Defence Department official said the strike also destroyed a multimedia operation team responsible for “brainwashing young children to perpetuate IS’s brutal methods”.
