US, Japan, South Korea plan foreign ministers' meeting in April

(VOVWORLD) - Foreign ministers of the US, Japan, and South Korea are expected to meet in April, a diplomatic source said, with policy coordination on China and North Korea expected to be high on the agenda.

It would be the first such meeting since US President Joe Biden took office in January. The source said the talks will likely be held in the United States.

North Korea recently resumed ballistic missile tests after a year-long hiatus.
