The Vietnam Exhibition Fair and Event Association, the organizer of the event under the theme “Shaping Vietnam’s Experience Economy”, made the announcement at a press conference in Hanoi on Wednesday. The event will be a platform for trade and cultural exhibitions, as well as entertainment, cultural, sports, and tourism events.
“This is the first edition of the event, which will become an annual exhibition for the industry. It will connect event organizers, production companies, and providers of audio-visual equipment, staging, and MICE tourism services, as well as logistics and other related industries. Vietnam Event and Exhibition Week 2026 will drive the development of the event and exhibition industry and related sectors,” said Nguyen Thang Long, Deputy Secretary General of the Association.
The organizer will host an international business and investment networking conference, and a Global Fashion Week featuring three nights of runway shows. A cultural experience program will offer a multi-sensory showcase of Vietnam’s history and identity.
The organizing committee will also launch the VECA Awards, Vietnam’s first professional awards for the exhibition and events industry.
