Vietnam is a dynamic economy prior to Covid-19 pandemic: WB economist

(VOVWORLD) -World Bank Vietnam’s Chief Economist Jacques Morisset said Vietnam was likely to gain a high growth rate thanks to its success in pandemic control. He was speaking in a workshop in Hanoi on Wednesday on studies in the context of Industry 4.0 and the Covid-19 pandemic.

Vietnam is one in a few countries capable of recording a positive GDP growth in quarter 2 this year, according to the World Bank’s economist.
