Nguyen Tan Vuong, Director of Retail Measurement Services at Nielsen Vietnam, told the Vietnam Online Business Forum (VOBF) 2022 on Tuesday that the recovery period might be shortened with good governance.
He said that although the majority of people have been affected by the pandemic, it has also had a positive impact on e-commerce participation as it forms a "launch pad" for e-commerce to thrive in the coming time, contributing to economic recovery.
