He received a delegation led by Mr. Choi Yong Hwan, Deputy Director of the National Intelligence Agency (NIS) of the Republic of Korea, in Hanoi on Monday.
Mr. Hwan said the NIS will boost its cooperation with the Ministry of Public Security to fight crime and ensure national security in both countries and boost bilteral cooperation.
