During the talks co-chaired by Colonel Vu Van Kiem, Deputy Director of the Legal Department at the Vietnamese Ministry of National Defense, and Nikolai Vasilyevich Petrakov, Deputy Director of the Legal Directorate at the Russian Ministry of Defense, the two sides shared the view that bilateral cooperation has a solid foundation based on the MoU on cooperation in military and defense law signed in 2022.
To implement the MoU in a substantive and effective manner, the two sides agreed to focus on organizing reciprocal exchanges, sharing experiences in legislative work and military and defense institutions, and promoting cooperation in training of military legal human resources.
