Mr. Tuc welcomed the results of cooperation between TBI and Vietnamese agencies and called on the institute to deepen connections with international partners to encourage greater investment in Vietnam, particularly in artificial intelligence, semiconductors, data centers, renewable energy, hydrogen, and offshore wind power. He also sought TBI's support in developing an international financial centre in Vietnam.
Mr. Blair praised Vietnam's development progress and said he believes its goal of becoming a developed country by 2045 is achievable. He said TBI is ready to expand cooperation, promote investment, and support the development of an international financial centre in Vietnam.
