Chairing a meeting in Hanoi to review preparations for APEC Year 2027, the Prime Minister said the event would also create an opportunity to mobilize international resources for socio-economic development and support the growth of localities and businesses.
He called for clear, specific timelines for all preparatory tasks.
The Prime Minister instructed the Communications and Culture Subcommittee to focus on activities involving Vietnam’s delegation at APEC Economic Leaders’ Week 2026 in China, as well as the handover of the APEC host role to Vietnam.
