She proposed that both sides continue to closely coordinate to effectively deliver their Comprehensive Strategic Partnership framework, particularly in trade and investment, finance, defense and security, energy transition, climate change response, and education and training cooperation. The deputy minister also called on the UK to facilitate visa procedures for Vietnamese citizens.

Ambassador Frew expressed confidence in Vietnam's strong development prospects and noted that more British businesses and investors are interested in seeking cooperation opportunities in the Vietnamese market. The UK wishes to enhance cooperation with Vietnam in trade and investment and in establishing an international financial center, the ambassador said and expressed hope for a British university to soon open a branch in Vietnam.

Both sides agreed to continue promoting exchanges of delegations at all levels, especially high-level ones, to strengthen political trust and create momentum for comprehensive cooperation. They stressed coordination to organize the 11th session of the Vietnam-UK Strategic Dialogue in 2026 and enhance cooperation at multilateral forums for peace, stability, and sustainable development.
