Navigos Group, a leading recruitment group in Vietnam, has just released a report on the domestic labor market amid the fourth outbreak of the pandemic, saying businesses are still recruiting.
Navigos’ report is based on the opinions of 400 businesses and 1,200 job seekers for August’s survey which show that businesses in the finance, banking, insurance, IT and import-export industries, for example, committed to ensuring the number of employees, salary and welfare regimes during the prolonged pandemic period. Information technology was revealed as the sector with the largest recruitment demand.
