Viettel Talent combines two talent development initiatives: Viettel Digital Talent (VDT) and Viettel Future Changemakers (VFC). This marks the first year the two programs have been implemented simultaneously, with the aim of building a comprehensive ecosystem for nurturing young technology talent.
Many applications were submitted from countries like Australia, Canada, the United States, the United Kingdom, and Germany. The applicant pool featured many highly qualified candidates with strong academic and research backgrounds, including winners of national and international awards and authors of internationally published research papers.
Over the past five years, Viettel Digital Talent and Viettel Future Changemakers have strengthened their role in developing high-quality human resources for both Viettel Group and Vietnam.
