Addressing a meeting with the provincial leaders on Thursday to review the local social economic development and the implementation of a resolution on monetary and fiscal policy to fuel social economic recovery and development, Chairman Hue said the province should promote central urban development in harmony with the countryside, strengthen collective economic development and social economic infrastructure building to attract investment and upgrade flood control and irrigation facilities.
