Minister Dung’s responses at the National Assembly’s Q&A session on Thursday were highly praised by voters. Ha Hong Lien is a voter in Son La city: “The Minister was open and frank in answering questions from voters and deputies. I hope that the Ministry of Planning and Investment will effectively manage public investment capital and allocate bigger budgets for poor localities to enhance their socio-economic development.”
Do Thi Thuy is a voter in Ha Long city, Quang Ninh province: “Public investment capital is shrinking. In order to restructure and improve the effectiveness of public investment, we need to re-define the role of the State, state economy, and state enterprises. We need to work out a national development plan and vision to improve public investment. We also need to design a roadmap for public investment in strict order.”
