Notice from Can Tho City People’s Court to LIM KUEI WANG

Ms. Nguyen Thi Lan Phuong, born in 1992, resides at Thanh Loi A1 Hamlet, Tan Long Commune, Phung Hiep District, Hau Giang Province (now Thanh Hoa Commune, Can Tho City).

The Court, hereby, notifies Mr. LIM KUEI WANG of the case and requests that he directly contact the People’s Court of Can Tho City or submit a written statement expressing his opinions on Ms. Phuong’s divorce petition.

The written statement must be consularly legalized and sent to the People’s Court of Can Tho City, Vietnam at 17A Nguyen Van Cu Street, An Binh Ward, Can Tho City; Tel: +84.0292.3.820.067 for settlement in accordance with the law.

Within one month from the date of publication of this notice, if Mr. LIM KUEI WANG neither appears at the court nor provides any opinion regarding the resolution of the case, the People’s Court of Can Tho City shall proceed with the divorce proceedings in his absence in accordance with the provisions of law.
