Defendant: Mr. Lee Seng Hock, born in 1987, residing at 1508 Jalan Kapor 1, Pandamaran, 42000 Pelabuhan Klang, Selangor, Malaysia.
The Court hereby requests Mr. Lee Seng Hock to appear at a session for the submission, disclosure and examination of evidence, and mediation at 8:00 a.m. on July 10, 2026.
Should the defendant fail to appear at the first session, a second session for the submission, disclosure and examination of evidence, and mediation will be held at 8:00 a.m. on July 31, 2026.
