Notice from People’s Court of Vinh Long Province to Vo Vien Van

[VOVWORLD] - The People’s Court of Vinh Long Province hereby notifies Mr. Vo Vien Van (also known as Vo Van Vien), born in 1969 and residing at No. 1 Forge Dr., North York, ON M3N 2R2, Canada, that the first-instance judgment on marriage and family case No. 86/2025/HNGĐ-ST, dated November 26, 2025, provides as follows:

1. The petition filed by Ms. Pham Hoang Ngoc is accepted.

1.1. Ms. Pham Hoang Ngoc is granted a divorce from Mr. Vo Vien Van (Vo Van Vien).

1.2. As Ms. Pham Hoang Ngoc stated that the parties have no common children, jointly owned property, or joint debts, these matters are not considered by the Trial Panel.

2. Court fees:

Ms. Pham Hoang Ngoc shall bear the first-instance marriage and family court fee of 300,000 VND (three hundred thousand Vietnamese dong), which shall be offset against the advance court fee of 300,000 VND (three hundred thousand Vietnamese dong) already paid under Receipt No. N0 0015141 dated October 25, 2024, issued by the Civil Judgment Enforcement Department of Vinh Long Province.

Ms. Pham Hoang Ngoc has the right to appeal within 15 days from the date of receiving the judgment or the date on which the judgment is publicly posted.

Mr. Vo Vien Van (Vo Van Vien) has the right to appeal within 12 months from the date of the pronouncement of the judgment.
