(VOVWORLD) - A general rehearsal for the election of deputies to the 16th National Assembly and People’s Councils for the 2026–2031 term was held on Saturday at Polling Station No. 14 in the Truong Sa Special Zone.

During the rehearsal, forces stationed on the island and local residents practiced procedures for welcoming voters, checking voter lists, guiding the voting process and maintaining security and order at the polling station.
Decorations, ballot box arrangements and the posting of voter and candidate lists were completed in accordance with regulations.

Voters in Truong Sa Special Zone will cast their ballots on the same day as voters nationwide, on Sunday (March 15.)
