To capitalize on the advantages in the new urban development plan, Tam Thang is proactively repositioning its potential and identifying bottlenecks. It proposes a seamless connection of landscape route: Can Gio–Ben Đinh– existing airport–Bau Trung–Paradise–the sea. Simultaneously, administrative reforms are being accelerated to create a transparent investment environment and attract strategic investors in tourism, services, logistics, and urban development.
Ha Huu Dung, Vice Chairman of the People's Committee of Tam Thang Ward, said: “The ward’s People's Committee will propose to Ho Chi Minh City to update this plan into the city's master plan. If these proposals are approved, they will create a new development space for Tam Thang, forming a dynamic area and a shared prosperous zone in the eastern part of Ho Chi Minh City.”
The decisive actions and innovative thinking of the leaders of Tam Thang Ward are expected to help the locality rise strongly, becoming a modern, green, and smart coastal city, and worthy of being a key connecting gateway in the eastern part of Ho Chi Minh City.
