The plan orients the development of Mui Ne according to the model of "one coastal corridor–three centers–multi-directional access to the sea", said Dinh Van Tuan, Vice Chairman of the People's Committee of Lam Dong province. The long-term vision aims to build Mui Ne into an international-class coastal tourism center with its own identity, high competitiveness, and sustainable development he added.

The Phan Thiet Airport – a civil aviation project expected to begin construction soon – will significantly shorten travel time from other localities to Mui Ne and Phan Thiet. Simultaneously, it will expand direct connections with domestic and global economic and tourism centers.

The goal is to attract 14 million visitors to Mui Ne National Tourist Area by 2030, around 25 million by 2040, and 35 million by 2050.
