Teams are expected to finish collecting samples at the Da Lat Martyrs’ Cemetery by Sunday before moving on to the former Binh Thuan Provincial Martyrs’ Cemetery.

Lieutenant Colonel Tran Thanh Son, Deputy Head of Political Affairs of the Lam Dong provincial Military Command, said that the work will be completed by November 15.

“We’re also gathering more information on missing soldiers. We advised relevant agencies to issue an open letter requesting information and clues about the graves of martyrs,” he said.
