(VOVWORLD) - On September 1, 2020, we temporarily halted our shortwave broadcast on 7315 khz to the East Coast of the US and on 12020 khz to Indonesia due to technical issues.

(VOVWORLD) - The Voice of Vietnam national radio station started broadcasting from Hanoi on September 7th, just 5 days after the establishment of the Democratic Republic of Vietnam, now the Socialist Republic of Vietnam. The English program was among the first foreign language programs broadcast overseas on that day. Since then, September 7 has always been a great occasion to recall VOV’s history and development.

(VOVWORLD) - Prime Minister Nguyen Xuan Phuc, on behalf of the Party and State leaders, on Sunday conferred the First-class Labor Order on the Voice of Vietnam for the media agency’s outstanding achievements over the past 75 years.
