(VOVworld) – The Prime Minister on Wednesday signed a decision confirming the appointment of Nguyen The Ky, member of the Party Central Committee and Deputy Head of the Party Central Committee’s Commission for Communications and Education, as President of the Voice of Vietnam. Associate Professor, Doctor Nguyen The Ky was born in 1960 in Nghe An province.
