This year’s 100 booths feature dishes from the Quang region such as Quang-style noodles, pork rice paper rolls, fermented fish noodle soup with pork, Cau Mon grilled veal, and a variety of traditional cakes.

Visitors can sample local specialties, take part in cooking activities, watch traditional craft demonstrations, and enjoy interactive culinary art performances. The festival, themed “Quang Region”, honors the rich cultural heritage of Quang Nam–Da Nang.

Nguyen Thi Anh Thi, Vice Chairwoman of the Da Nang municipal People's Committee, said: “This year's festival offers a journey of experience, where cuisine is narrated through the language of emotions, memories, and creativity. The event was organized to make Quang cuisine a signature tourism product, and position Da Nang as a leading culinary destination in the region.”

At nights, the festival will feature entertainment programs highlighted by Beer Fest Night, which will combine beer, games, and music. A Grand Music Concert will follow.

A new highlight this year will be the “Flavors of Da Nang” parade featuring 70 traditional street-food shoulder poles recreating the daily street-food culture of Vietnam’s central region.

The Da Nang Department of Culture, Sports, and Tourism, in coordination with multiple sponsors, is offering tourists participating in the Food Tour a 20% discount on transportation fees.

Nguyen Thi Hoai An, Deputy Director of the municipal Department of Culture, Sports, and Tourism, said, “In order to connect the business community and realize the People's Committee's plan to make our cuisine a signature tourism product, we want to honor the cultural values of Quang cuisine and enhance the experience for tourists so they’ll extend their length of stay.”

Da Nang is introducing for the first time a Digital Culinary Map that will allow visitors to explore local food choices. The city is also launching several Da Nang culinary tours between May and December.

Each tour is designed to be an immersive journey in which every dish tells a story about local culture, life, and people. The festival reflects Da Nang’s strategy to develop tourism products rooted in local identity and strengthen its competitive edge in an increasingly competitive tourism market.
