Accordingly, the 14th National Party Congress will have 1,588 delegates, including 165 members of the 13th Party Central Committee, and 353 delegates elected according to regulations from 11 provincial and municipal party organizations not undergoing mergers and from the Party organizations of the military and the Ministry of Public Security.
Additionally, 1,070 appointed delegates will represent 23 merged provincial and municipal party organizations, along with Party organizations of the Party Central Committee, the Government, the National Assembly, the Vietnam Fatherland Front and central mass organizations, and overseas Party organizations.
