(VOVworld) - The Vietnam Union of Friendship Organizations have praised international non-governmental organizations for their contribution to Vietnam’s social economic development.

Speaking in a year-end meeting on Friday, Deputy Foreign Minister Bui Thanh Son said the meeting aimed to boost connectivity and best possible condition for foreign NGOs to contribute to Vietnam’s social economic development. They were updated about Vietnam’s new laws and regulations during the event. 30 international NGOs received their certificates of merit in recognition of their contribution to poverty reduction and sustainable growth in Vietnam.
