42 outstanding works honored at the Agricultural Journalism Awards
(VOVWORLD) - 42 outstanding works were honored at a ceremony in Hanoi on Tuesday at the second National Press Awards on Agriculture, Rural Areas, and Farmers.

Addressing the event, Bui Thi Thom, Chairwoman of the Vietnamese Farmers' Association and Head of the Awards’ Steering Committee, praised the works' high quality and diverse themes, reflecting Vietnam's transition to a multi-value economic model, green agriculture, a circular economy, and production by value chain.
“The participation of both professional and non-professional authors proves the influence of the press award on agriculture, farmers and rural areas in Vietnam. It shows the deep concern the authors and journalists have for agriculture, rural areas and farmers,” said Thom.
42 works were selected from 1,950 entries to receive 2 A prizes, 4 B prizes, 6 C prizes, 10 consolation prizes, and 20 special prizes.
